Mormons. Confusing, right? Actually, I submit that we aren't confusing. I will be bold and assert that it is peoples' misconceptions, prejudices, and preconceived notions that cause people to believe that Mormons are confusing.
The purpose of this blog is for its authors, who are active, participating members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to explore and explain Mormon doctrine for their own benefit and, we hope, for your benefit as well.
This blog is intended for members of the LDS faith and those who are not members. It is a place where comments and discussion are welcomed and encouraged. The reason for doing this is in hopes that we will be directed to the Lord Jesus Christ, whose light "quickeneth [our] understandings" (Doctrine and Covenants 88:11).
